Aer Lingus Scoops First Place for Best Airline to Europe at ITTN Awards
Aer Lingus scooped first place in two categories, "Best Airline to Europe" for the fourth year in a row and joint winner ‘Best Airline to North America’, at the Irish Travel Trade News Awards. The 21st Anniversary Awards ceremony was held in the Burlington hotel, Dublin on Friday, 30th November.
The airline was up against strong competition in its categories from Air France, SAS, British Airways, American Airlines and Delta. The Awards recognise excellence in products and services from travel suppliers in 25 categories, with votes independently audited by Grant Thornton.
Commenting on the awards, Declan Kearney Director of Communications at Aer Lingus said, "This is a fantastic achievement for Aer Lingus, as it recognises our great care and great fare proposition.
